Sarah Stiriss

Sarah Stiriss is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She joined Dr. Shashoua at Austin Urogynecology in April, 2011. Sarah works in collaboration with him seeing patients in the office to evaluate and treat urinary and fecal incontinence, over active bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, dyspareunia, menorrhagia, vestibulitis and other urogynecological conditions. She also assists Dr. Shashoua with da Vinci robotic, vaginal, laparoscopic and open surgical procedures. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Before this, she earned her Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University. She grew up in Austin, Texas and after living in Tennessee, California and Hawai'i, she returned to her favorite city.
